Author, Artist, and Motivational Speaker

USUAL VOCATION:

 Frank A. Little, Sr. retired as a United States Navy Commander after 30 years active military service where he trained early on as a hospital corpsman and operating room technician. After attending classes in the evening and on weekends, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration and went on to earn a Masters Degree in Administration, and later, a Master of Social Work degree from Howard University, Washington DC. A credentialed Healthcare Executive, he currently works as a Senior Health Care Analyst for the Department of Defense; as a private administrative management consultant; and as an Adjunct Professor in Public Health and Healthcare Management at Trinity University, Washington, DC.

 

AUTHOR:

 After several years as an executive administrator, Frank A. Little became inspired to document those things that have had a profound effect on his life and his development as a business executive and a survivor of everyday existence. He is a five-time-author of self-help books of motivational tips and quotes.

 

ARTIST:

 In addition to his usual vocation and writing, Frank A. Little is an accomplished artist. Although primarily self taught, he has studied at the Samuel Fleichner Art Memorial and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, both in Philadelphia, PA; the University of New Orleans in Louisiana; and the Art Students League, of Alexandria, Virginia.Examples of his works can be found in many homes and establishments throughout the U.S.

 Frank A. Little is a sought after lecturer, and motivational speaker on personal development and leadership, and is the founder and Director of You Mananging You Personal Develpment Seminars.

Frank A. Little is an active member of the Prince Hall Masonic family in the Jurisdiction of the District of Columbia as: Worshipful Grand Orator Emeritus of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of the District of Columbia; 33o Scottish Rite Mason; Past Master;  Past Grand High Priest , Holy Royal Arch Mason; and member and former Chief Rabban of the Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Noble of the Mystic Shrine.

 

Frank A. Little truly enjoys his writing, art, lecturing, and motivating others to maximize their place in time, their talents, and their desires. Frank is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia and currently resides with his family in Upper Marlboro, MD.
